PRE-ORDER CANCELLATION / QUANTITY REDUCTION POLICY

Cancellation of pre-orders will incur a 10% processing fee based on the total order value. 

Release date delays, product allocation issues, and other logistics, production, or distribution factors outside of our control will not serve as reason to circumvent this policy.

As per our TCG Singles Shipping Policy, all singles sales are final.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All orders containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release/arrival of all items in that order.

Should you wish to split your order into multiple shipments, it will require the purchase of an additional shipping charge if the items being sent do not meet the free shipping threshold.

PRE-ORDER COMBINATIONS

Singles pre-orders can be combined up until the time of processing. Orders placed very close to a release date may miss the combination window.

ADD-ONS

Orders cannot be modified after they are placed. Please place a new order.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders containing a large number of items may require additional processing time.
